• Show all the courses and grades taken during the whole study period with official stamps.

• Contain all pages including the explanatory notes of the marking scheme/ the grading system which demonstrates the grading base (e.g. 100-mark system, 4-point scale). The back page of the transcript or an official document with the official stamp is acceptable.

• For 3-year full-time / 6-year part-time PhD admission, the transcript should show that “dissertation” or “thesis” was an award requirement of the Master’s degree. If not, provide an official document issued by the institution to certify that the Master’s degree required a “dissertation” or “thesis” for award.

• For graduates, transcripts should be the finalized version consistent with the graduation date (or the issue date should match the graduation date). For current study, provide the latest official transcript and a testimonial issued by the institution to certify the current student status.

• If your final GPA / score / the explanation of the grading system is not shown on the transcript, please upload a letter of certificate issued by your institution. The letter should include your name, date of birth and the title and signature of an authorised official with an official stamp of your institution.
