Qualification Verification

 

The University is committed to upholding the highest academic standards. Qualification verification is an essential part of our admissions process, ensuring that all admitted students meet the University’s entry requirements.

 

 

Official Documents Required

 

Post-secondary Qualifications

  • Verification reports from CHSI (学信网) for (i) Academic Transcript, (ii) Graduation Certificate (毕业证书), and (iii) Degree Certificate (学位证书) OR

  • Academic Transcript issued by the awarding institution* plus a Degree Certificate Verification Report from CSCSE (中国留学网) OR

  • Academic Transcript and Degree Certificate issued by the awarding institution* or recognised independent certification bodies* 

* Verification can be provided via an email link, QR code, or PDF file issued by the awarding institution or recognised independent certification bodies, and verified through their official designated web platforms. 

 

English Tests and Professional Tests

  • Score report issued by IELTS for verification at the IELTS Results Service

  • Score reports issued by TOEFL and GRE for verification at the ETS Data Manager for the respective tests

  • Score report issued by GMAT for verification at the GMAC Score Reporting Portal

 

 

When to Submit

 

  • Unconditional offer holders: Arrange for the documents to be sent as soon as possible after accepting the offer.

  • Conditional offer holders: Arrange for the documents to be sent as soon as possible after you have met all offer conditions.

 

 

Important Notes

 

  • Failure to complete the qualification verification process, or submission of false or incomplete documents, may result in the withdrawal of the admission offer.

  • All documents submitted will not be returned. You should not send the original documents that cannot be re-issued.

  • The University may report any irregularities to the Police, other relevant law enforcement authorities, the Education Bureau and the University Grants Committee.
