The reception counter (QT308) of the Student Affairs Office (SAO) will undergo renovation from 11 May 2026. Further updates regarding the reopening of the counter will be announced in due course. During the renovation period, the reception counter will be temporarily relocated to QT301, 3/F, Core Q. Please ring the doorbell upon arrival.

Special arrangements due to the COVID-19 disease:

 
1) Students should avoid large group of food gathering in the communal areas other than hall canteen.
 
2) Visiting arrangement for non-PolyU students is temporarily suspended until further notice.
