IT Services

  • Students with disability or special needs can, with pre-registered student ID card, gain access to the Student Computer Centre (SCC) and the IT HelpCentre at Li Ka Shing Tower using the lift service.
  • All the computer rooms inside the SCC are wheelchair accessible. A height-adjustable table is available at Rm M305 of the SCC to cater for the special needs of some students. All the furniture inside the IT HelpCentre are also wheelchair-friendly.
  • A screen reader software is available at the SCC. Students who need to use this software may contact the SCC service counter at Rm M306.
  • Students who need assistance related to IT services are welcome to contact the IT HelpCentre (Tel: 2766 5900, WhatsApp/WeChat: 6577 9669) or the duty staff at the SCC and IT HelpCentre anytime.
