Answer: Subject Leaders should:
• Submit the exam/test paper to the Moderator 3 weeks before the scheduled exam/test day for pre-grading preparation.
• Submit grades to the Moderator 5 days before SARP for moderation of grading.
Answer: The notification email reflects the status captured on the previous day, it may have a one-day delay. If the issue persists on the next few days, please contact us.
Answer: Please upload the new rubrics to the system and update the assessment components on the system. Please also notify the moderator to moderate the assessment again before proceeding to the moderation of exam/test paper and grading.
Answer: Subject Leader should upload the exam/test paper to the system or send it directly to the Moderator for review.
Answer: Only new or substantially revised assessments that involve multiple assessors or first-time assessors would be required to do pre-grading preparation. The aim for pre-grading preparation is to ensure common understanding of the grading criteria and standards (and how feedback should be provided to students).
Examples of activity:
• Pre-grading meeting
• Coaching
• Sample grading
After the pre-grading preparation is done, Subject Leader should click “Confirm” to complete the pre-grading moderation.
