Answer: EDC recommends providing rubrics for MCQs to show how marks correspond to grades (grade mapping) and to ensure alignment with the Intended Learning Outcomes (ILOs).

Answer: Subject Leaders should submit the SDF, assignment briefs, rubrics, teaching plan, and other relevant documents if applicable.

Answer: The notification email reflects the status captured on the previous day, it may have a one-day delay. If the issue persists on the next few days, please contact us.

Answer: Subject Leader should upload the exam/test paper to the system or send it directly to the Moderator for review.

Answer: The Moderator should first check whether the Subject Leader has submitted the non-heaviest-weighting assessment components for moderation.

If the submitted component is the heaviest-weighting assessment component that involves non-closed-ended questions, a sample review is still required. 

Otherwise, please mark the assessment components as “Waived” and complete the moderation accordingly.
