PolyU plays a vital role in the society by supporting local businesses, industries and researches. We actively engage in frequent collaborations with the community through conferences, events and diverse online services and applications organized or developed by various departments. Ensuring convenient access for our external guests and business partners to those services is essential for facilitating smooth and effective engagement.
ITS is delighted to introduce a new authentication service called “PolyU Guest Authentication Service” specially designed for external users without a NetID. The new service offers a convenient way for the guests to access department-developed web applications without the hassle of managing individual local username/password for them. That will streamline the entire authentication process with higher efficiency and better user experience.
Guests may choose to login using one of the following methods:
- Email One-time-password
- Social Account Logon (i.e. Google, Microsoft)
