Staff members are recommended to review their classified software profile, hardware configuration, and machine configuration in the PUDMS regularly and take appropriate actions to manage software classified as personal licensed software. PUDMS also provides an overview to departmental administrators and Heads of Departments/Offices of end user software licenses used in the department. Specific roles and responsibilities can be found at PUDMS website in details.
