A Qualtrics Hands-on Workshop was held on 30 September 2022, attracting nearly 30 participants who are involved in the implementation of institutional surveys. The Qualtrics representatives explained how to develop institutional surveys on the platform. IPAO also presented draft guidelines on the institutional survey implementation, including survey creation and implementation, the new look of the one-stop platform on institutional surveys and the data retrieval procedure.
