  • UHS has 2 types of Herpes zoster vaccines. The Zoster vaccine is indicated for persons aged 50 or above.

Preparation for your vaccination appointment
  • Depending on the type of vaccines, you maybe arranged to see our doctors for consultation first.
  • You will be asked to sign the vaccination consent form.
  • Please inform our doctors or staff about any previous history of vaccine or drug allergy.
  • Please bring along your vaccination record.
  • Remember to keep your vaccination record properly.
