Technologies are developing rapidly and they permeate every aspect of our lives. Digital transformation is underway regardless of industry. PropTech, the convergence of property and technology, is perceived to be a major disrupter in the global economy and its ecosystem has enjoyed a robust growth in many countries. The utilization of new technologies in urban planning and real estate development, such as big data, virtual reality, blockchain, artificial intelligence and internet of things, is reshaping the way our homes, workplaces and community is designed, constructed, occupied and managed.
