Dr. Yu is currently a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong, China. He received his Ph.D. degree (2024) from the Institute of Fundamental and Frontier Sciences at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, and his bachelor’s degree (2018) from South China Normal University. His research focuses on quantum optics, quantum communication, on-chip quantum information processing, integrated photonics, and nonlinear optics, etc.
