Wendy is the Assistant Programme Manager of the ASCEND Tech for Good Scheme at J.C.DISI, with a focus on advancing social innovation and youth development. She graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Social Science in Government and Public Administration, followed by a Master of Social Science in Corporate Communication. With prior experience at international brands and 4As advertising agencies, Wendy has built strong expertise in brand strategy, marketing communications, and project management.
In recent years, she has transitioned into the social innovation sector, contributing to the organisation of the Social Enterprise Summit International Symposium and various community engagement initiatives, with a particular focus on cross‑sector collaboration and social inclusion. Drawing on her experience across both the public and commercial sectors, Wendy is committed to empowering youth and fostering collaborative, innovative solutions to help build a more inclusive community.
