Skylie leads the Social Venture Team (ASCEND Tech for Good Scheme) at J.C.DISI. She graduated from the Faculty of Arts at the University of Hong Kong and has been deeply engaged in the cultural and creative industries for over twenty years. Throughout her career, she has dedicated herself to designing and implementing diverse initiatives that empower community development through creativity, promote cultural preservation, and advance creative tourism. Her work focuses on transforming innovative ideas into tangible outcomes and building platforms that foster collaboration and growth among young talent and enterprises.
Aspiring to make “not just indulging in food and fun, but also appreciating the beauty of life” a part of everyday living, she has been passionate about creative writing since her youth and co-authored a publication. For the sake of her health, she took up cycling and, in 2023, completed a nine-day journey around Taiwan by bicycle.
