戲韻PolyU：中國戲曲文化沉浸式賞析與互動體驗工作坊

Jointly organised by the Confucius Institute of Hong Kong (CIHK), the Department of Chinese History and Culture (CHC), and the Culture Promotion Committee (CPC) of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU), in collaboration with the National Academy of Chinese Theatre Arts, a programme of immersive appreciation and interactive experience of Chinese Opera Culture will showcase classic excerpts from Peking Opera, Kunqu Opera, Shanxi Jin Opera, and Henan Qu Opera. Through this artistic dialogue, we aim to illustrate the vibrant and diverse cultural landscape of Chinese opera. Each performance will be preceded by a live introduction and commentary from faculty members of the National Academy of Chinese Theatre Arts, guiding you through the finer points and artistry of this traditional craft. The event will conclude with an interactive session, inviting you to step onto the stage and experience the charm and vitality of this "national treasure" firsthand. 

A limited number of complimentary tickets are now available to PolyU students, staff, and alumni on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please register on or before 7 April 2026 (Tuesday). Each successful applicant will be entitled to a maximum of two complimentary tickets. Successful applicants will be notified by email individually
