On October 10, Prof. Yi-Qing Ni, Director of CNERC-Rail at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, was invited to Dalian, Liaoning, to attend the 2nd National Academic Conference on Wind-induced Vibration and Control. At the conference, Prof. Yi-Qing Ni delivered an invited presentation entitled Aerodynamic Coupling Response Analysis and Monitoring of Coastal High-rise Building Groups under Typhoon Disasters and shared his latest research progress. After the presentation, the conference organising committee awarded Prof. Yi-Qing Ni a certificate for the invited plenary speech. During the conference, Prof. Yi-Qing Ni held in-depth discussions with numerous domestic experts in wind engineering on cutting-edge industry issues and explored opportunities for academic collaboration in relevant fields.
