On September 22, 2026, Mr. Johan Bil from Ghent University (UGent) visited CNERC-Rail (HK Branch) for exchange. Mr. Gordon Chan, Managing Director of Zinga (HK) Co., Ltd., and Dr. Vincent Wai-Kei Ao from CNERC-Rail (HK Branch) participated in the exchange.
During the visit, the guests toured the PolyU campus and the showroom of CNERC-Rail (HK Branch), gaining a better understanding of its research platforms, technological development and related research achievements. The visit continued with tours of the maglev test-bed and 3D printing workplace, providing further insights into PolyU’s research facilities and innovation activities in rail transit, advanced manufacturing and related areas.
The visit enhanced the guest’s understanding of PolyU’s research platforms and related research activities, and created a good foundation for further exchange and potential collaboration in research and innovation.
