On October 15, 2025, a delegation led by Ling-Xiang Zhou, Vice Chairman of Taizhou Municipal Committee of CPPCC in Zhejiang Province, along with Hong Kong-based entrepreneurs from Taizhou, visited The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. They were accompanied by Prof. Xuan Luo, Associate Vice President of PolyU, for a tour of the CNERC-Rail laboratory facilities.
