Entrance Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in the discipline of architecture, landscape architecture, building, building services engineering, building surveying, civil engineering, construction management, housing management, quantity surveying, property and facility management, project management, information technology or other related disciplines from recognized institutions.
• Equivalent corporate membership of relevant professional institutions may also be considered for exceptional admissions of non-bachelor’s degree applicants who possess related working experience in the construction industry.

• If the bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications of an applicant is awarded by an institution where the medium of instruction is not English, you must provide one of the following minimum English Language requirements for admission purpose: (1) A Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) score of 80 for the internet-based test or 550 for the paper-based test; or (2) An overall band score of at least 6.0 in the International English Language Testing System (IELTS).
