Become a User

Before registering as a UCAIC user, please review the Subscription Plan and the services offered by the UCAIC Facilities. Kindly note that any applicable service fees (if incurred) should be paid via the RIO central online payment system - the University Research Facility Management System (URFMS).

3 simple steps to join UCAIC services:

Step 1: UCAIC Account Registration

Apply for an UCAIC account by filling out an electronic form.

All new users must complete and submit the registration form prior to service activation. Click here.

Step 2: Service Subscription via URFMS

Subscribe an appropriate UCAIC service plan due to your need. UCAIC currently offers 2 UBDA service subscription plans (Basic Plan & Advanced Plan). For more details, please visit the UCAIC Subscription Plan

Step 3: UCAIC Account Creation and Confirmation

A notification email will be sent to user’s PolyU email address once the account has been setup
