A delegation led by Prof. XIA Jun, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, visited the Otto Poon Charitable Foundation Smart Cities Research Institute (SCRI) at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. They received by Prof. SHI Wenzhong, John, Director of SCRI.
