Abstract:
Topic: The Pathway of Developing a L&T Platform - a micro-macro review

What would a functional leader in charge of the L&T domain of the department be facing in light of a fast-paced evolvement in this aspect of University life? As the DLTC chair for more than a decade, Dr. Chu shares the stages of forming, storming, performing of a platform for firstly teachers, and then students and teachers together, for establishing a direction of L&T enhancement process,. The endeavors to date, summarized by the introduction of the ESE Approach in 2018-19 within APSS and slowly evolved into the current practice of the TIMS framework collaborated with teachers of other faculties, are answering the strategic goals in the L&T Domain of the University on three aspects: how to enhance student learning through interactive pedagogies, how to transform physical and virtual learning spaces, and how to prepare for the digital transformation of higher education.

The eLearning Forum Asia (eLFA) Awards aim to recognise, reward and share exemplary practices among the eLearning communities in all participating countries/regions.  
 
Established in 2019, the eLFA Awards align with the Mission of eLearning Forum Asia to promote the nexus between education and technology through facilitating the exchange of challenges and successes experienced by different institutions.  
 
This sharing session will explore the preparation work for the Community Outreach Award, Exemplary Teaching and Learning Award and Technology Innovation Award.
