RISA researchers triumph at the 50th International Exhibition of Inventions Geneva

The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) snatched 36 accolades at the 50th International Exhibition of Inventions Geneva (Geneva Inventions Expo), a prominent annual event devoted exclusively to invention.

Among the winning projects, Prof. CAI Jing, a Management Committee Member of Research Institute for Smart Ageing (RISA), Head and Professor at the Department of Health Technology and Informatics earned a Silver Medal. Besides, Prof. DO Chi-wai, a RISA member and Associate Professor at the School of Optometry won 2 Silver Medals in collaboration with his teams. Their accolades underscore the global recognition of RISA members for their exceptional research capabilities and pioneering innovations. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Prof. Cai and Prof. Do on their remarkable success.
