Prof Jin-Guang Teng’s Visit to the three PolyU’s InnoHK Research Centres

The President, Prof Jin-Guang Teng visited the three PolyU’s InnoHK Research Centres on 25 May 2022 for a tour of the laboratories and advanced research facilities. These three centres, located at the Hong Kong Science Park which have commenced operation, are the Laboratory for Artificial Intelligence in Design (AiDLab), the Centre for Advances in Reliability and Safety (CAiRS), and the Centre for Eye and Vision Research (CEVR).

PolyU has joined forces with world-leading institutions to develop these three centres under the InnoHK clusters – AIR@InnoHK (focusing on artificial intelligence and robotics technologies) and Health@InnoHK (focusing on healthcare related technologies), hopes to fully leverage each institution's academic strengths, bring together leading researchers from around the world to conduct impactful collaborative research in Hong Kong, and thereby create ground breaking technology that boosts the economy and brings benefits to society.
