The RC for ESGA will serve as a leading research center focused on the interactions among environmental, social, and governance issues, aiming to balance the needs of the environment, society, and economy to ensure the long-term prosperity and sustainability of Hong Kong, mainland China, and the world.
Mission
- Conduct cutting-edge and interdisciplinary ESG research, focusing on financial, logistic, energy, and social issues.
- Promote research synergies with industrial stakeholders and policymakers with regard to the best practices and regulatory agendas for ESG in Hong Kong, mainland China, and around the world.
- Train the next generation of talented professionals with the needed ESG knowledge at all levels to meet the market demand for ESG experts in Hong Kong, mainland China, and worldwide.
