  1. Annual Paper Development Workshop with Leading Operations Management Journals Open to all

    An annual workshop that brings together editors and editorial board members from top operations management journals with researchers. The workshop provides structured feedback on empirical research design, identification strategies, data quality, and manuscript development at all stages.

  2. Research Seminar and Visiting Scholar Series Open to all

    Regular seminars and visiting scholar presentations featuring empirical operations management researchers. These events offer a platform for presenting ongoing work, receiving constructive feedback, and fostering scholarly dialogue across institutions and regions.

  3. OM CFP Bulletin (Free & Open) Open to all

    A centralized, regularly updated Operations Management Call for Papers Bulletin that aggregates journal special issue calls, conference tracks, workshop CFPs, and other relevant invitations. This resource is freely accessible to the entire research community.

Members-Only Activities

  1. Industry–Academic Research Matching and Field Study Program Members-Only

    Structured matching between NEOM members and industry partners to surface empirical research problems, access proprietary and primary data, and support field experiments in real operational settings.

  2. Editor Circles (Bi-Monthly Virtual Forums) Members-Only

    Closed virtual meetings for NEOM members and invited journal editors. These forums allow editors to present journal initiatives, special issue calls, editorial priorities, and empirical standards, and engage with members in candid discussion about research expectations and positioning.

  3. Industry-Sponsored Research Programs Members-Only

    Collaborative empirical studies supported by industry partners, with clear governance on data use, confidentiality, and joint research agendas. These programs provide NEOM members with deep engagement opportunities on real operational challenges and data-driven research.
