Li Man-fong received her Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Fashion & Textiles (Fashion Retail and Marketing) with first-class honours from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2024. She is currently pursuing her PhD under the supervision of Prof. Chris K. Y. Lo.
