Gong Chongwei received his Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Engineering from Taiyuan University of Technology and Master’s Degree in Electronic Information from Tianjin University. Currently, he is pursuing his Doctor of Philosophy under the supervision of Prof. Zhou Yusheng and Prof. Yang Dong.
