Set-up virtual assistant to answer enquiry 7x24

It’s happening at office everyday: ‘You need to fax a document so you print out the document and fax it over the physical fax machine. Then you put the faxed document to shredder together with junk fax you collected from the fax machine.’ ITS new eFax service can help departments make a change now. printer2 Currently, ITS is launching a new eFax service in Deltapath IP telephone system for departments. With this eFax service, you can: Save Paper: Fax out the document over an Internet browser and receive incoming fax document directly to your designated Staff email mailbox Save Cost: No need to pay monthly rental charge for dedicated fax line and no need to buy fax machine, paper and toner Save Time: No need to wait the incoming fax and go around the office to pick the fax It is a FREE service to departments without any setup cost or monthly charge. Please contact IPT Support (Tel: 3400 2228, Email: ipt.support@polyu.edu.hk) for more details and activate the service for your department.

With active participation and interactivity with software tools, students can obtain instant feedback on their progress and reinforce their knowledge. Students can join online classes on publishing animated content, trial out preparing VR/AR content and learn to write online game.
