Rapid breakthroughs in AI are driving transformative change in higher education. To adapt to the intelligent era, we must reshape talent development to be more competency-focused. This report explores the influence of AI on education, highlighting research and practices in AI-enabled teaching and faculty growth. Looking ahead, we embrace the 'Four Futures' framework to pioneer new paths in educational reform and build a shared future for smart education.
人工智能技術快速發展，為高校教育創新變革提供了無限可能。智能時代要重塑人才培養模式，打造能力為本的教育。報告闡述了人工智能等技術發展對教育的影響，分享了人工智能賦能高校教育教學、教師發展等方面的研究與實踐，最後提出對人工智能教育發展的觀點與展望，我們將面向“四個未來”，探索教育變革新路徑，共創智慧教育美好未來。

楊宗凱，華中師範大學資深教授，博士生導師。 教育部教育數位化專家諮詢委員會主任委員，教育部高等學校教學資訊化與教學方法創新指導委員會主任委員，中國教育技術協會會長，國家數位化學習工程技術研究中心、教育大資料應用技術國家工程研究中心、教育部教育資訊化戰略研究基地（華中）主任。 曾任華中師範大學校長、西安電子科技大學校長、武漢理工大學校長。長期從事教育數位化、人工智能、大資料等數位技術及其與教育深度融合領域的基礎理論研究、科技攻關及工程實踐，取得多項研究成果。作為專家組組長參與編制了《中國智慧教育白皮書》，參與編制教育部“人工智能+教育”行動計畫。作為第一完成人獲得國家級教學成果特等獎一項，部省級科技成果一等獎四項。
