[Online Sharing] Exercise Snacking - Your Future Exercise Trend

PosterThe effects of the pandemic outbreak have caused massive changes to our daily lives. This March, Hong Kong Sustainable Campus Consortium (HKSCC) will stage a special campaign - UNIfy: Sustainable Living # New Normal Edition with a series of online activities to help us reflect on what we can do when coping with these life adjustments.

One of the common questions we have in the ‘New Normal’ probably is – How can I stay active and motivated? Do exercise! Any amount of physical activity is good and essential for everyone under all circumstances. Do join PolyU’s online sharing session on physical exercise and wellness on 4 March 2021 (Thu) to understand more! It’s one of the interesting activities under the UNIfy: Sustainable Living # New Normal Edition campaign and make sure not to miss it!
