Students admitted to the Scheme will complete a common Year 1 curriculum. They will select any one of the Honours degree awards and can begin studying the relevant content as early as in semester one of Year 2, or as late as in semester two of Year 2.

The BEng (Hons) Scheme in Electrical Engineering aims to equip our graduates with professional skills in electrical engineering that are applicable worldwide.  Through theoretical and practical training, they could be capable of serving in frontline roles in the development, design and application of electrical systems in relevant industries. The programme also provides a pathway for students to pursue higher research and senior management prospects.
