Dr He received his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics at Fudan University in 2002 and Doctor of Philosophy in Mathematics at City University of Hong Kong in 2008. Dr. He used to work for American International Assurance Company (Bermuda) Limited and taught at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong Community College, Community College at Lingnan University and Lingnan Institute of Further Education. He is now a Teaching Fellow of Department of Applied Mathematics at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
