Summary
Following the success of our Sake Tasting Night in May, the Alumni Foodie Club invites you on another sensory journey – this time into the world of French vineyards!
Guided by sommelier Ms Olivia Lee, a Le Cordon Bleu graduate and founder of PENTICTON with experience curating wine lists for the French National Day Banquet in Hong Kong and Michelin-starred restaurants, the evening will offer:
• A guided tasting of exquisite French wines
• Insights into the secrets of French wine aesthetics
• A unique “Simplified Colour-Aroma-Taste Method” that makes wine selection effortless and approachable, beyond labels and ratings
• Practical ideas on how wine can enrich everyday life
Event Details:

Venue: Vinoteca Lab, School of Hotel and Tourism Management (SHTM), PolyU
Fee: HKD280 per person (Includes 4 glasses of French wines selected by the speaker)
