Ir Prof. Wing Kee (Ricky) LEUNG holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Science (Engineering) Degree from the University of Hong Kong. Having possessed more than 40 years of work experience in engineering field, Ir Prof. Leung is the Chief Executive Officer, HKIA Management Limited, a subsidiary of Airport Authority Hong Kong (AAHK). Prior to this, he served as the Executive Director, Engineering & Technology at the AAHK. With his professional Civil and Structural Engineering qualifications and memberships at Vocational Training Council; Construction Industry Council; Ir Prof. Leung oversees AAHK’s engineering and technology development; manages AAHK’s assets; and executes engineering and technology projects. With his profound knowledge and superb project management skills, Ir Prof. Leung has made tremendous contributions and spearheaded the completion of various development projects at Hong Kong International Airport.
