This course consists of 6 modules, each of which will be covered by modular teaching activities in two weeks. The subjects include: (1) Food and Nutrition; (2) Sports; (3) Smart Ageing; (4) Mental Health; (5) Sharp Vision; and (6) Chinese Medicine.
