Q	How to join a Blackboard Collaborate meeting room?
A	Login LEARN@PolyU at https://learn.polyu.edu.hk Open your course in My Courses module (subject website) Go to Tools on left menu Click Blackboard Collaborate Ultra Click Course Room Click the Join Course Room button to join the room
Q	I cannot find the audio button on Collaborate Ultra Course room. Why?
A	Check with instructor whether you have been given the privilege as moderator or presenter. Only participant with moderator / presenter privilege can turn on audio in Collaborate Ultra Course Room sessions.
Q	I cannot share my screen on Collaborate Ultra Course room. Why?
A	Check with instructor whether you have been given presenter / moderator privileges. As a presenter /moderator, you can use "Share Content" to share a blank whiteboard, an application, or a file. If you want to show your PowerPoint presentation, select "Share Files" for best experience for everyone. Please also note that application sharing is currently only available in Chrome and Firefox browser.
