2nd International Postgraduate Conference on

Infrastructure and Environment

Papers in the proceedings of the First International Postgraduate Conference on Infrastructure and Environment have been accepted for inclusion in the ISI Conference Proceedings Citation Index which is now part of the Web of Science produced by Thomson Reuters. The proceedings of the Second International Postgraduate Conference on Infrastructure and Environment will be submitted to Thomson Reuters for inclusion in the ISI Conference Proceedings Citation Index.

All accepted papers will be included in the Conference Proceedings which will be made available to all registered participants at the Conference. Abstracts of 150-300 words should be submitted on or before 1 November 2009 to:
