Nu-torque™ Singles Ring Yarn Technology
The Nu-Torque™ technology is an advance in yarn manufacturing which enables the production of high-strength yarns with low or zero residual torque. This improves yarn productivity, enhances textile and garment quality, and significantly reduces energy consumption during production.
By incorporating the Nu-Torque™ device into a ring frame, the technology redistributes fibre tension, resulting in a balanced arrangement of fibres and reduced residual torque. This, in turn, allows for the production of yarns with lower twist levels, offering exceptional softness and a cashmere-like handle while maintaining strength.
The technology offers remarkable advantages, including the production of yarns with a linear density of 7-100Ne using 25-40% less twist than traditional methods. These yarns exhibit very low residual torque, low spirality angles in knitted fabrics and high strength.
