Application through JUPAS

If you are a Secondary Six student studying in a JUPAS-participating school and taking the upcoming HKDSE examination, or if you are seeking admission on the strength of your past HKDSE results, you must apply through JUPAS on or before 2 December 2026. Please refer to the JUPAS website for details.

If you have obtained HKDSE results as well as other qualifications (e.g. associate degree, higher diploma, diploma, certificate, etc.), and any of them qualify you for consideration for admission to our schemes / programmes, you can apply either through JUPAS (based on HKDSE results) or directly to PolyU (based on your other qualifications). 

Please, however, note that you can only apply via ONE of these two routes for schemes / programmes offered under JUPAS in the same academic year. If you apply through JUPAS and directly to PolyU concurrently, your direct application to PolyU will NOT be considered.

(Note: Category I and Category II applicants are considered under different admission routes and are subject to different tuition fees. Category II applicants seeking admission on the basis of HKDSE results should submit their applications directly to PolyU.
