Professor Kaye Chon participated in an online panel session on the topic "Expecting the Unexpected: Post COVID-19 Tourism & the Human Capital!" at the PATA Nepal Chapter Webinar on 3 August 2020.

Professor Chon also participated in an online panel session on the topic "What Do the Post-Virus Travellers from China Look for Now, What Has Changed in Their Demands?" at the online China Outbound Tourism Seminar hosted by COTRI China Outbound Tourism Research Institute on 4 August 2020.

Dr Catherine Cheung conducted an Online Info Seminar for the Master of Science in Global Hospitality Business programme on 10 September 2020.

Professor Sam Kim, Dr Young Choi, Dr Daniel Leung and Dr Neil Li shared their experience and advice for students to strive in the hospitality, tourism and events industry at the "HTM101 Student Chapters at a Glimpse" Virtual Society Fair on 18 September 2020.

Professor Cathy Hsu and Dr Honggen Xiao attended the 35th International Society of Travel and Tourism Educators Annual (Virtual) Conference on 5-6 October 2020. Professor Hsu gave an online keynote presentation on the topic "Which Organization Do You Choose to Join for Professional Development?" Dr Xiao moderated the paper presentation and workshop presentation sessions.

Professor Kaye Chon presented an online keynote entitled "BUZZ on China Tourism" to share some thoughts on the future of China Outbound Tourism for Europe at the BUZZ Expo China Summit on 12-16 October 2020.
