Led by an international team of teaching faculty, SHTM students enjoy diverse opportunities for international exposure and practical experience in their chosen professions and are recognised throughout the world for the calibre of their learning. Through international exchange programmes, industry placements, study tours, Hotel ICON – the School’s teaching and research hotel – and a wide range of events and activities, SHTM students thrive in a dynamic learning environment that fosters entrepreneurial spirit, creativity and innovation.
Academic Advising for degree students
The SHTM provides Academic Advising to support students from enrolment to graduation. Our Academic Advisor helps students navigate challenges, clarify goals, and maximise their educational experience throughout their academic journey.
Academic Achievement Award (AAA)
Undergraduate students with outstanding performance are recognised with Academic Achievement Awards.
Work-Integrated Education (WIE)
WIE offers students work-based learning experiences in relevant organisational contexts, enabling them to become all-round professionals who possess an appropriate level of work experience and an understanding of industry operations and managerial decision making.
Students Clubs
Student-created clubs and student chapters of professional organisations enrich students’ university life and help them build a strong foundation for their future careers.
