简历
曾志聪先生在香港理工大学取得物理治疗学专业文凭和医疗护理学（物理治疗学）理学硕士学位，并且拥有香港大学医疗科学硕士（医学统计）学位。
曾先生曾于公立医院的各个门诊与住院专科工作。其后于1995至2011年间，他在玛丽医院物理治疗部担任高级物理治疗师，并在1998至2011年兼任肌骨资深物理治疗师，专注为住院病人提供肌肉骨骼复康服务。2011至2022年间，曾先生任职大口环根德公爵夫人儿童医院、东华三院冯尧敬医院与麦理浩复康院的物理治疗部经理。
在临床服务上，曾先生的专长是手部与上肢物理治疗。他是香港物理治疗学院的创院院士（肌骨物理治疗），并于2016至2020年间担任学院院长。现时，曾先生是香港物理治疗学会副会长以及肌骨专研组主席。2010至2012年间，他担任医院管理局专职医疗部专职医疗循证实践顾问小组召集人。另外，在2018至2020年间，他亦曾任香港特区政府食物及卫生局（现为医务卫生局）的医疗衞生研究基金评审拨款委员会成员。
