Prof. Wong Man-sau, Director of Research Centre for Chinese Medicine Innovation, Dr Daisy Zhao,  Assistant Professor, RiFood and RCMI Member, and Dr Christina Poon, Research Assistant Professor of RCMI, were featured on TVB program “100 Health Tips” debunking health myths, such as the effectiveness of soy milk in prevention of osteoporosis and premenopausal breast cancer as well as how cooking methods impact the nutritional value of the food.
