Environmental, social, and governance factors have become core indicators for measuring corporate sustainability in recent years. However, the focus tends to fall on the “environmental” and “governance” aspects, while the “social” dimension, with its broad scope and difficulty in quantification, often leaves businesses unsure where to begin or even deterred from taking action.
