Summary

The pandemic, geopolitics, and the rise of social commerce have significantly reshaped and disrupted the traditional global supply chains. As a result, stakeholders have responded with various strategies such as outsourcing, reshoring, nearshoring, and friendshoring.

This lecture aims to investigate these supply chain innovations and highlight the crucial role played by Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area (GBA). With their unique geographical advantage, advanced infrastructure, and robust logistics networks, the GBA has become a vital hub for global trade and investment. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to learn about the latest trends and strategies in global supply chain management, and gain insights into the future of the GBA's role in the global economy.
