Before joining the Office of Service-Learning (subsequently renamed Service-Learning and Leadership Office, SLLO) , Artemis had worked in information technology in developing scientific calculation system; and higher education/youth work in coordinating training programmes / large-scale voluntary activities.

Artemis' primary responsibility is to support the planning and implementation of the service-learning programmes. She has been heavily involved in liaising and fostering cooperation with both local and overseas service partners and engaging teachers / students to encourage their continued participation in Service-Learning.

With the working knowledge of computer applications, Artemis also managed and updated systems/websites of SLLO programmes, relevant social media pages regularly to promote teachers’ and students’ achievements in Service-Learning.
