项目内容

学员须完成 8 门科目（共 24 个学分），包括 3 门必修科目及 5 门选修科目，2 个工作坊（共 3 个学分），以及完成一篇论文（论文一 8 学分及论文二 16 学分），取得合共 51 个学分。

工作坊分别在学期开始及进行论文开题报告时举行。其余课堂基本上安排在周末举行。

课程内容包含了数据分析工具、数字技术和现代商贸、人工智能和领导力、将定性与实验方法用于人工智能和企业学研究、将数据科学用于摘取有用信息。

工作坊

学员必需完成两个工作坊。

工作坊 1 (DMgt Residential 1 – MM6911) 是一个项目介绍工作坊，在学期开始时进行。

工作坊 2 (DMgt Residential 2 – MM6921) 是一个研究工作坊，在学员完成授课式项目科目后进行。目的是帮助学员完成论文的开题报告，并为学员撰写论文作好准备。

管理学博士论文

论文由两部分组成：管理学博士论文一 (DMgt Thesis I – AF6938 / LGT6938 / MM6996) 及管理学论文二 (DMgt Thesis II – AF6939 / LGT6939 / MM6997) 。论文是一项独立的研究项目，要求学员以批判性思维，严谨地探讨与有关企业或管理的项目。这是管理学博士学位项目中最重要的学习活动，学员可将项目所学实践，论文特别要求学员能对管理实践作出创新的贡献。学员在开始撰写论文前，需要完成至少 6 门指定科目（包括 3 门必修科目），学员可选择以英文或中文撰写论文。
