Age is the number one independent risk factor for all chronic diseases, including cardiovascular conditions, diabetes, neurodegenerative disorders, and cancer. Recent research highlights that people age differently, with distinct patterns known as “Ageotypes”.

The PolyU-Stanford Joint Research Centre for Longitudinal Deep Omics (JRCLDO) seeks to transform our understanding of aging by applying cutting-edge multi-omics technologies. By harnessing the power of longitudinal multi-omics, ocular imaging, and precision analytics, our Centre aims to build a comprehensive, personalized portrait of individual aging, especially within the Asian population.

Together, we are building a global platform for precision healthy aging — where aging is not merely studied, but understood, predicted, and actively reshaped.
