Summary

In this hands-on workshop, we will introduce DaVinci Resolve’s Fusion and Color features, teach students how to edit green screen footages and produce demonstration videos in DaVinci Resolve.

With Fusion and Color features, students can create more professional videos. The key feature of Fusion is a flow chart called a node tree that visually maps out how effects are connected and working together.

We will also introduce the mixkit, depositphotos and pexels which provide awesome free assets of green screen video clips, music tracks, sound effects and video templates. With all these free assets, we will guide the students to produce and design some demonstration videos, such as virtual spaceship flying in the real PolyU campus, virtual dinosaurs roaring in a real forest and news reporters in different locations such as Moon, Central of Hong Kong and etc.
